- 1 tablespoon superfine sugar
- 1 lime, quartered, plus 1 lime slice, for garnish
- 2 ounces cachaca
Muddle the sugar and lime wedges together in a cocktail glass. Add the cachaca and ice, shake in a cocktail shaker and pour into a glass. Garnish with a lime slice.
