- six bunches of radishes,
- half a head of celery,
- four beets,
- and a bulb and a half of garlic.

Bouchées Parmentier au Fromage (potato cheese sticks)

Peel and quarter the potatoes
- 1/2 lb. baking potatoes (2 medium potatoes)
- 1 cup sifted AP flour
- 1 stick softened butter
- 1 egg
- 1 cup grated Swiss cheese
- 1/8 tsp white pepper
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- Salt, to taste

- CUPCAKES:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 4 large eggs, at room temperature
- 6 ounces unsweetened chocolate, melted (see Note)
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ICINGS:
- Vanilla Buttercream (recipe follows) or Chocolate Buttercream
Mocha Buttercrunch Pie, aka Chocolate Crunch Pie

This can be made in stages
- CRUST
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup cold butter
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped chocolate (semisweet)
- 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons (maybe more) water
- fILLING
- 1/2 lb. soft unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 4 teaspoons instant coffee
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 4 eggs
- TOPPING
- 2 cups cold heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon instant coffee
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- OPTIONAL: Grated chocolate or chocolate curls

- 4 eggs room temp
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 vanilla bean scraped out and use the black seeds
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 3/4 cups semi sweet chocolate chips

- 3/4 cup freshly grated parmigiano-reggiano cheese
- 1 large garlic clove, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 lbs green beans, trimmed and cut into 1 inch long pices. (or a combination of green beans and diced potatoes)

- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup grated provolone cheese
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1/4 cup veg oil
- 4 tbsp greated parmesan
- 2 tsp chopped fresh basil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- My changes to make this into muffins
- 2 cups grated zucchini
- 1 cup leftover meat (ham, rottissery chicken, pepperoni stick, taco hamburger mix, basically anything you have on hand in any combination-I've used deli meat chopped up in various combo's)

- 1 cup grated cheese of any kind in any combination that happens to be on hand
- 3 eggs, beaten

- 2-4 tbsp parmesan cheese
