- 1 TBSP dark sesame oil, divided
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 TBSP soy sauce
- 1 TBSP rice vinegar
- 2 TBSP chile paste (such as sambal oelek)
- 2 TBSP cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 TBSP canola oil, divided
- 1 1/2 lb skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 cup diagonally cut snow peas
- 1/2 cup vertically sliced onion
- 1 TBSP grated peeled fresh ginger
- 1 TBSP minced fresh garlic
- 2 cups hot cooked white rice
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1/2 cup chopped roasted peanuts
Greek Panzanella
