- 1 1/2 cups superfine rice flour
- 1/4 cup millet flour
- 1/4 cup potato-starch flour
- 1 teaspoon xanthan gum
- 1/2 cup sugar

I love this cake. It's squidgy and moist, and the flavours work really well together
- 125 g butter
- 175 g white chocolate (actually, 200g because you'll eat some of it)
- 4 eggs
- 125 g caster sugar
- 200 g plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt

Carrot & Cumin Soup

1. Put all the ingredients except the sherry and creme fraiche, in a pan with a lid
- 1 med to lrg carrot, finely chopped
- 2 small garlic clove, chopped
- 1 med to lrg shallot, finely chopped
- 1 ripe tomato, skinned and chopped
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin, plus extra to garnish
- scant 1 cup vegetable stock
- 1 bouquet garni
- 2 tsp dry sherry (optional)

- 8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature

- 15 oz. can of pumpkin
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- Topping
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup miniature chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
