Fiery Pomegranate Sauce with grilled steak

Peanut Butter Pie with Preztel Crust

Preheat oven to 350F. Combine all the ingredients for the crust and mix well
- FOR CRUST:
- 2 1/2 cups pretzels, crushed
- 3 Tbsp brown sugar

- FOR FILLING:
- 3/4 cup peanut butter, creamy
- 1 package (3oz) cream cheese, room temp.
- 1 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 container (12oz) whipped topping, thawed
- 3 bananas, peeled and sliced 1/4″ thick
Buffalo Chicken Soup

Heat a large pot over medium heat and add olive oil
- serves 2 as a meal, 4 as a starter
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 8-10 oz), cooked and shredded
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 sweet onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 32 ounces low-sodium chicken stock
- 1/3-1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1/3 cup freshly grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- sliced whole wheat baguettes, toasted with parmesan cheese

Pink Lemonade Ice Cream

Whisk together all ingredients and chill covered in fridge at least 20 minutes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups milk (whole, skim, whatever you have on hand)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 can pink lemonade concentrate
- pinch of salt
- 3 drops red food color, if desired for a darker pink look
