Hooters Buffalo Shrimp

Combine the egg and milk in a small blow
- Sauce:
- 1/2 cup louisiana hot sauce or 1/2 cup Frank’s red hot sauce
- 4 ounces unsalted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- oil, for deep-frying
- Combine in a small sauce pan over medium heat until butter is mixed through. Cover, keep warm on low heat.
- Shrimp:
- 24 uncooked large shrimp, peeled and de-veined
- 2 egg, beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cup flour
Anytime Quinoa Salad

1. Boil the quinoa in water for 15 minutes, until tiny white spirals appear on the grains of quinoa
- 2 cups of Quinoa, rinsed
- 4 cups water
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 cucumber, seeded and chopped
- 1 can chick peas, rinsed
- 1 lemon, peel finely chopped and juice saved
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 ½ cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 ½ cup chives, chopped
- 1/4 ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- pepper to taste

1. 1 Brown sausage in a large saucepan over medium-high heat
- 1 lb bulk Italian sausage
- 2 cups onions, chopped
- 1 cup carrot, diced
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can Italian-style stewed tomatoes, chopped
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 cup mafalda pasta or 1 cup campenelle pasta
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup provolone cheese or 1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, diced
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded (for garnish)
- 4 teaspoons thinly sliced fresh basil (for garnish)

You can keep the juice frozen for now, as you will not need it for a few days
- 1 1/2 cups of vodka (can use more or less if desired)
- 1 tub of gummi bear candies, plastic with lid (about 1kg. Tub found at Wal-mart)
- 1 can of frozen juice concentrate, any flavour desired (I used fruit punch.)

Crumble beef into a large nonstick skillet; cook over medium heat until it starts to sizzle, about 1 minute
- 12 ounces 90%-lean ground beef
- 1 large onion, finely diced
- 2 cups finely chopped cremini mushrooms (about 4 ounces)
- 5 plum tomatoes, diced
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup chili sauce, such as Heinz
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 8 whole-wheat hamburger buns, toasted if desired

1. Mel medium high heat. Cook onion and garlic in butter, stirring occasionally, until onion is tender
- Ingredients:
- 2 tbs butter or margarine
- 1 large onion, coarsely chopped (1 cup)
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 3 cubs cubed deli rotisserie chicken
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 cans (10 oz each) diced tomatoes with green chiles, undrained
- 1 can (15.5 oz) Green Giant great northern beans, drained, rinsed.
Jalapeno Popper Stuffed Pork Tenderloin

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil
- 1 1/2 pound pork tenderloin
- 1/2 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon New Mexico Chile Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup bacon crumbles (or 4 strips of bacon precooked and crumbled)
- 1/2 cup shredded Colby Jack Cheese
- 2-3 jalapenos, (seeded, deveined and diced)
- salt and pepper to taste

- 4 cloves crushed garlic
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 4 slices feta cheese
- 4 slices bacon, fried and drained
