- 1 (8-ounce) block 1/3-less-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8-ounce) block fat-free cream cheese, softened
- 6 ounces part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded and divided (about 1 1/2 cups)
- 1 ounce fresh Parmesan cheese, grated and divided (about 1/4 cup)

- 1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 unsweetened orange juice
- 1 tbs peeled, minced ginger
- 2 tbs honey
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 (3/4 lbs) pork tenderloins
- 3 tbs sesame seeds
- 1/4 Mirin (Japanese rice wine)
- 1/4 cup canned low sodium chicken broth, undiluted.
- 2 tbs water
- 2 teas cornstarch
- Kumquats (optional)
- Fresh Rosemary sprigs (optional)
Chicken Spaghetti

1. Preheat the oven to 350degrees F
- 1 whole raw chicken, cut into 8 pieces
- 1 pound thin spaghetti, broken into 2-inch pieces
- 2 1/2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar
- 1/4 cup finely diced green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup finely diced red bell pepper
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Two 10 3/4-ounce cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 medium onion, finely diced
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Fried Ravioli

1. Put the eggs, flour and brad crumbs in three separate shallow bowls
