Put first six ingredients in a large bowl and set aside
- 1/2 # Butter
- 2 t. vanilla
- 12 oz. (2 c.) milk chocolate chips
- 6 oz. (1 c.) semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 c pecan pieces
- 4-5 c mini marshmallows
- 4 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 can evaporated milk
Yellowstone Huckleberry Delight Popcorn

This recipe can also be doubled successfully
- 1/2 cup unpopped popcorn kernels
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
- 1/4 cup white corn syrup (Karo)
- 1/8 cup water
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 teaspoons Huckleberry
- 3 drops of Americolor Electric Purple

Preheat oven to 350*. In a 3 quart bowl, combine first three ingedients

- 1 c packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c softened butter
- 1 c pecans
- 2/3 c butter
- 1/2 c packed brown sugar

Chewy Coconut Oatmeal Cookies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 2 and 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup coconut oil (measured solid), melted and slightly cooled
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- pinch of vanilla powder (or 2 teaspoons vanilla extract)
- 1 cup quick oats

dissolve lime in 2c hot water add 2c cold water and pour in large pan chill until set
- 2 pkgs lime jello
- 1 pkg lemon jello
- 1/2 c marsgmallows (cut into small pieces)
- 1 c pineapple juice
- 1 c mayonnaise
- 1-8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 2 1/2 crushed pineapple
- 2 c hevy cream or 1 pkg whiped topping with 1/4 to sugar

- 1/3 c butter or margarine
- 1/2 c granulated sugar
- 1/2 c packed brown sugar

- 1-6 oz pkg chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla
Chinese Green Beans

This popular Szechuan dish found is a staple at many Chinese restaurant buffets
- Sauce:
- 1 pound green beans
- 1 tablespoon bean sauce (available at Asian markets; Koon Chun is a good brand, or you can substitute hoisin sauce)
- 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons Chinese rice wine or dry sherry
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
- Other:
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon chopped ginger
- 2 scallions, chopped, white part only
- 1/2 teaspoon chili paste
- 3 tablespoons vegetable or peanut oil for stir-frying, or as needed
