Old Bay Crab Imperial

Preheat oven to 400 Drain crabmeat by gently squeezing then discard all excess liquid
- 1 lb.Blue crab meat
- 1 1/2 cups mayo
- 1/2 tsp celery salt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp.worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley
- 1 tsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp Old Bay
- 1 egg
- 1 small shallot finely minced
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp melted butter

- 1 lb. cooked fusilli pasta
- 8 oz. mozzarella balls, halved
- 4 oz. salami, quartered
- 1 c. artichoke hearts, chopped

- 1/3 c. extra-virgin oliive oil
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
