- 1 cup roughly chopped garlic (approximately 3 bulbs)
- 3/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (approximately 8 large limes)
- 1/2 cup clear tequila
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 bunch roughly chopped cilantro, leaves and stems
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
- 1 serrano pepper, seeded and diced
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 tablespoon freshly cracked black pepper
- 1 1/2 to 2 pounds flank steak
- 12 corn tortillas, wrapped in foil
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro leaves
- 1 bunch radishes, cleaned, ends cut and sliced
- 1/3 cup grated queso fresco cheese
- 2 ripe avocados, seeded and sliced
- 3 vine ripened tomatoes, sliced in wedges
- Hot sauce

Maryland Yin Yang Crab Soup

Melt butter in a 6-qt. saucepan over medium-high
- 8 tbsp. unsalted butter
- 2 ribs celery, diced
- 2 small carrots, diced
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 2 ⁄3 cup flour
- 1 tbsp. Old Bay
- 4 cups homemade crab stock or seafood stock
- 1 (28-oz.) can whole peeled tomatoes, crushed by hand
- 1 Idaho potato (about 12 ounces), peeled and cut into 1⁄4-inch pieces
- 1 1⁄2 cups half and half
- 1 ⁄2 cup frozen corn
- 1 ⁄2 cup frozen peas
- 1 ⁄2 cup green beans, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 lb. jumbo lump crab meat

- 12 ounces chorizo, casing removed
- 4 cups fresh corn kernels (from about 3 ears)

Put the clams and 2 cups water in a pot
- 4 pounds cherrystone clams, scrubbed
- 2 large red-skinned potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 slice lean center-cut bacon, chopped
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 stalk celery, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 cup fat-free half-and-half

Jerk Turkey Slow Cooker Soup (5 points)

In a medium bowl, combine allspice, cayenne, ginger, garlic salt and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
