Ground Beef Skewers with Tzatziki

For the Tzatziki: In a mixing bowl combine the yogurt, garlic, lemon zest, dill, mint and cucumber
- For Tzatziki:
- 8 ounces Greek yogurt
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 1/2 tablespoons mint (finely chopped)
- 1/4 cup cucumber (minced)
- kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- For Souvlaki:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 6 10 " skewers, soaked in water

- 2 cups mashed very ripe bananas
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 10-oz. bag mini chocolate chips
- Frosting:
- 2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1-1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup(2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 2-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Chocolate chips, mini chocolate chips, and chocolate kisses
- Special equipment:
- Two 8x8x2-inch cake pans
Sour Cream Dressing

Whisk sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl to combine
- ¾ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 garlic clove, finely grated
- 2 tsp. finely grated lemon zest
- 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1½ tsp. kosher salt
- 1½ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

- 1/2 C solid vegetable shortening
- 1/2 C unsalted butter, room temperature
- 3/4 C sugar
- 3/4 C firmly packed dark brown sugar

- 1 3/4 ounce package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 Tbl vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda

- 2-1/4 C flour

Steak Rub - Bobby Flay

Lemon Bliss Bundt Cake

Preheat the oven to 350°F
- Cake:
- 16 tablespoons (1 cup) unsalted butter*, at room temperature
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 large eggs, at room temperature
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3 cups King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
- 1 cup milk, whole milk preferred
- finely grated rind of 2 medium lemons OR 3/4 teaspoon lemon oil
- If you use salted butter, reduce the salt in the recipe to 3/4 teaspoon.
- Glaze:
- 1/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice; the juice of about 1 1/2 juicy lemons
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- Icing (optional):
- 1-1/2 cups confectioners' sugar, sifted

- 2 to 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
