Hummus

Combine in a blender and blend until desired consistency is achieved (add reserved liquid as needed)
- 1 (15 oz) can garbanzo beans, drained (liquid reserved)

- 2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 Tbl olive oil
Chicken Strips

Start by rinsing and drying your chicken strips
- 1 package Chicken Breasts, Cut Into Strips (sometimes Called "tenders" Or "strips")
- Buttermilk
- 1-1/2 cup Flour
- 2 teaspoons (to 3 Teaspoons) Lawry's Seasoning Salt (or Spices Of Your Choosing)
- Vegetable Oil

- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust, homemade or store-bought.
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 C flour
- 1/2 C white granulated sugar
- 1/2 C packed brown sugar
- 3/4 C real butter, softened (1 1/2 sticks)
- 1 C chocolate chips (semi-sweet or dark works best, you might find milk too sweet)
- 1 C chopped pecans (you are welcome to make it without nuts)
Pasta- Spinach Stuffed Shells

Thaw spinach and drain well
- 1 pkg jumbo pasta shells
- 1 jar favorite spaghetti sauce
- 1 pkg chopped spinach, thawed
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1 lg carton cottage cheese
- 1 egg white
Chilie Con Queso

Dice the onion. Using a nonstick sprayed skillet, cook sausage and onions until brown, stirring occasionally
- 32 ounces, weight Velveeta Cheese Loaf
- 10 ounces, weight Rotel
- 1 pound Jimmy Dean Hot Breakfast Premium Pork Sausage
- 7 ounces, weight Chopped Green Chilies
- 1 whole Yellow Onion
- 1 whole Jalapeno, or more to taste
Soup- Smokey Bean w/ Ham & Bacon

Slice bacon into bite-size pieces
- 6 slices bacon
- 1 C diced onion
- 1 1/2 T minced garlic (about 3 large cloves)
- 2 C diced Ham (about 10oz)
- 2 red potatoes, diced into bite-sized pieces (2-2 1/2C)
- 2 cans Great Northern Beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 t smoked paprika
- 1/4 t liquid smoke
- 1/2 t kosher salt
- 1 32oz box chicken broth
Sauce- BBQ Sauce

In a large saucepan, over medium heat, mix together all the wet ingredients and then add the seasonings
- 2 cups ketchup
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 1 1/4 cups brown sugar
- 1 1/4 cups red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cups unsulphured molasses
- 2 tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces
- 4 teaspoons hickory flavored liquid smoke
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Mexican Rice

Heat oil in a large skillet
- 2 Tablespoons Canola Oil
- 1/2 whole Large Onion, Chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 2 cups Long Grain Rice
- 1 can Rotel (10 Ounce)
- 1 can Whole Tomatoes (14.5 Ounce)
- 2 cups Low Sodium Chicken Broth (more If Needed)
- 1 teaspoon Cumin (more To Taste)
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
Biscuits- Drop Biscuits

Heat oven to 475 degrees F
- 2 cups (10 ounces) all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup buttermilk, chilled
- 8 tablespoons butter, melted and slightly cooled
