Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
- Garnish:
- 1 * 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 * 1 (1.25-ounce) package Taco Seasoning Mix
- 1/3 * 1/3 cup water
- 1 * 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 * 1 (1-pound) package frozen green, red and yellow peppers and onions*
- 1 * 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 * 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 * 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 * 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 * 1 (11-ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 * 1 (15-ounce) package refrigerated pie crusts, softened as directed on package
- 8 * 8 ounces (2 cups) shredded cheese recommended: Colby/Monterey blend or Mexican blend
- * Sour cream
- * Taco Sauce
Frito Pie

- 2 * 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 * 2 cups chopped onions
- * Salt
- * Cayenne
- 2 * 2 pounds beef bottom round, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 * 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 * 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- * Crushed red pepper
- 2 * 2 teaspoons dried oregano

- 3 * 3 cups crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup tomato paste
- 2 * 2 cups beef stock

- 1 * 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 * 2 cans (8 ounces each) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
- 1 * 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1 * 1 jar (14 ounces) pizza sauce
- 1 * 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
- 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 4 * 4 cups (16 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1 * 1 package (3-1/2 ounces) sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
