  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 lb fresh mushrooms - sliced
  • 3 tbsp butter/margarine
  • 3 cups chicken-cooked and diced
  • 2 carrots-finely chopped
  • 2 stalks celery-fine chopped
  • 2 potatoes - cubed (cook for 10 mins)
