- 1-28 oz. tin stewed tomatoes

- 1 boneless whole,pork roast, turkey breast or beef roast (4 pounds)
- 2/3 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup honey
- 3 tbsp soya sauce
- 2 tbsp dried basil
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water

Cream cheese and sour cream base complemented with a pleasant nutty flavor
- 8 oz. light cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1-1/2 cups finely chopped beef
- 3 tbsp finely chopped green pepper
- 2 tbsp finely chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 10 oz. canned sliced mushrooms with liquid
- 10 oz. condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup non-fat sour cream (or regular or light)
