Double Chocolate Angel Food Cake with Strawberries

Place an oven rack in the lower third of the oven and preheat to 375
- 1 1/2 cups Cake Flour
- 3/4 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 ounces semisweet Chocolate, coarsely grated
- 12 egg whites, at room temperature
- 1 tsp Cream of Tartar
- 1 1/2 cups White Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 (1 pound) containers Strawberries
- 1 1/2 cups thawed fat-free Coolwhip

- 26 Oz crushed or diced tomatoes (diced makes sauce chunkier)

- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 24 graham wafers, crumbled (or 2 cups)
- Melt butter, mix in wafer crumbs. Place in 8x8" pan. Bake 5 minutes at 350 degrees
- 1 envelope dream whip
- 8 oz. pkg philadelphia cream cheese
- 1 cup icing sugar
SAUCY CHICKEN

- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 x 1-1/2 oz. envelope dry onion soup mix
- 3 lbs chicken parts, skin removed
