- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/4 cup milk
- 4 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 & 1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar
- 2 tablespoons chopped toasted nuts (optional)
