- 1 (32 ounce) package frozen bite-size potato nuggets (such as Tater Tots®)
- 12 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Turkey Cigars with Cranberry-Dijon Dipping Sauce Recipe

In a small skillet, cook turkey over medium heat until no longer pink; drain
- DIPPING SAUCE:
- 1/2 pound ground turkey
- 4 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh parsley
- 2 teaspoons jellied cranberry sauce
- 2 teaspoons ground walnuts, divided
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 12 sheets phyllo dough (14x9 inches)
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 cup jellied cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
Ranch Snack Mix Recipe

In two large bowls, combine the pretzels, Bugles, cashews and crackers
- 1 package (12 ounces) miniature pretzels
- 2 packages (6 ounces each) Bugles
- 1 can (10 ounces) salted cashews
- 1 package (6 ounces) miniature cheddar cheese fish-shaped crackers
- 1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
- 3/4 cup canola oil
Citrus Beet Salad

1.Add the beets to a large pot of boiling water; simmer until tender, about 40 minutes
- 4 large beets
- 5 tangerines or clementines, separated into sections
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 bunch mint, chopped
- 1-1/2 cups crumbled goat cheese or feta
Guacamole Salad

Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl
- 8 cups lightly packed torn mixed salad greens
- 2 cups grape tomatoes, halved

- 1/3 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice

Memaw's Banana Pudding Recipe

In a large heavy saucepan, bring milk and cream to a simmer
- 3 cups whole milk
- 2 cups half-and-half cream
- 6 large egg yolks
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons butter, softened
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 package (12 ounces) vanilla wafers
- 4 medium bananas, sliced
- 1 carton (12 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
Eggnog Gingerbread Trifle

Prepare gingerbread cake mix and bake according to package directions (any size pan)
- 1 (14.5 ounce) package gingerbread cake mix
- 3 cups eggnog
- 1 (5.1 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sweetened dried cranberries, chopped (optional)
- 2 tablespoons gingersnap cookie crumbs (optional)
Feta-Watermelon Salad with Mint

Juice the limes into a bowl
- 1/2 cup lime juice, from 3 to 4 limes
- 1/2 cup red onion (or small one), peeled and sliced into half-moons
- 8 cups watermelon, cut into inch cubes. One tiny or of a large one

- 1 cup (250 ml) feta, cut into small cubes
