- 1 can sliced mushrooms, (4 to 6 ounces)

- 1/3 cup dry sherry or white wine
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- dash garlic salt
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste

Combine potatoes,corn,chiles, or diced poblano and bell peppers in a salad bowl
- 1 (14 1/2-ounce) can diced potatoes drained
- 4 cups corn kernels (fresh or frozen), preferably white corn.
- 1 (4-ounce) can diced green chiles, drained or 1 poblano chile, roasted peeled and diced.
- 1/2 cup diced tri-color peppers or red bell peppers
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Pinch cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons prepared ranch dressing
- 1 teaspoon fresh dill or cilantro (Optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Melt 4tbls of butter over medium heat, add flour and cook, stirring constantly 2-3 minutes
- 12 crepes
- 6 tbls butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 tbls milk
- 1 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1/2 cup chopped shallots
- 1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 8 oz mushrooms, roughly chopped
- 1/4 lb ham, chopped
- 1 tbls green onions
- 1 cup grated gruyere cheese
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan
