DOUGHNUT TWISTS

- 1 tablespoon acitve dry yeast
- 3/4 cup whole milk, warmed
- 3-1/2 cups all purpose flour, plus more for surface
- 6 large egg yolks
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 1-1/4 teaspoons coarse salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 4 ounces (1 stick) unsalted butter
- Oil for frying
- 2 cups superfine sugar
CANDY BAR CAKE

Let cake stand 10 minutes
- 1 (10-1/4 oz.) frozen pound cake
- 3 cups (1-1/2 pints) ice cream
- 1/3 cup caramel ice-cream topping
- 1/3 cup whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon light corn syrup
- 2/3 cup (4 oz.) semisweet chocolate pieces
- 1 tablespoon shortening
- 1 oz. white baking bar
- 1 oz milk chocolate
- 2 teaspoons shortening
FRUIT PIZZA

Cut cookie dough into 1/8" thick slices
- Orange Sauce:
- 1- 18 oz. package refrigerated sugar cookies
- 1 - 8 oz. package cream cheese softened
- 1- 4.5 ounce package frozen whipped topping thawed
- 1 pint strawberries, halved
- 2-3 bananas sliced
- 1 - 1 lb. canned cling peaches drained
- 1 - 8 oz. can pineapple chunks drained
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Dash salt
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel

In large bowl combine mayonnaise, onion, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, salt and cayenne

- Pinch of salt

- 1/2 cup cornstarch

- 1/2 cup hazelnuts
- 10 ounces semisweet chocolate finely choppe
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons whole or amber rum plus more for brushing 2 teaspoons confectioners sugar
- 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
