CHICKEN IN TARRAGON DIJON SAUCE

Got this from a Real Cream advertising insert
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/3 cup white wine or chicken broth
- 2 tbsp coarse grain dijon or 1 1/2 tbsp regular dijon
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 2 tbsp chopped tarragon
- salt and pepper
LYNN BLOSKI'S BROCCOLI SALAD

Mix dressing and pour over other ingredients 2 hours before serving
- DRESSING:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp cider vinegar - white or red
- VEGETABLES:
- Broccoli flowerettes
- 4 slices crumbled bacon
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/3 cup red onion chopped
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
EPICURE HOT CHEESE DIP

This famous Epicure recipe is easy to make
- 1 - 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup grated cheddarear
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 tbsp. cheese chive and bacon dip mix
- 1 tbsp. three onion dip mix
- 1 tbsp. lemon dilly dip mix

- 2 lbs chicken pieces
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp veg oil
- 1 thinly sliced onion
- 3 cups thickly sliced mushrooms

- 1 cup milk
