- 1/4 cup sugar

- 2/3 cup Eagle Brand milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups Milk Chocolate Chips

- 4 strips bacon, cut into 1/2" strips
- 1 medium onion - diced
- 1 carrot peeled and diced
