- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- enought cold water to mix
Hershey Bar Cake

Can be frozen. This cake is absolutely amazing
- Icing:
- 1 chocolate cake mix
- 1 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup oil (or 1/2 cup applesauce & 1/2 cup oil)
- 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened (can use light)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 16 oz. Cool Whip, thawed (can use light)
- 4 Hershey Bars, grated (or 1 LARGE)
Sour Cream Enchiladas

Brown meat and drain. Mix sour cream, soup and milk in pan, heat
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1-2 cups grated cheese
- 1 (8 oz) carton sour cream
- 1 pkg. (12-14) large tortillas (corn)
- 1 med. onion, diced, sauted or fresh
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2/3 can milk (use soup can)
Orange Salad Dessert

Put cottage cheese in bowl
- 8 oz. pkg small curd cottage cheese
- 1 3 oz. pkg. orange jello
- 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 small can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 8 oz carton Cool Whip
Granny's Oatmeal Cookies

- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup shortening
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 3 cups oatmeal
- 1 heaping cup chopped pecans
Blueberry Dessert

Mix crust ingredients and press into pan
- Crust:
- 1 cup flour
- 1 stick margarine, softened
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
- Filling:
- 1 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 large Cool Whip
- Topping:
- 1 can blueberry pie filling
Sweet and Sour Sauce

Mix water, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, cornstarch, salt and pepper in small bowl
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 cup shortening
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 6 tablespoons milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 5 1/2 cups cake flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
Acini De Pepe Salad

Combine sugar, flour and salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 (11 oz) cans mandarin oranges
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple chunks
- 2 Tablespoons flour
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
- 14 oz. pineapple juice
- 1 (9 oz) Cool Whip
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 (16 oz) pkg. Acini de Pepe pasta
Easy Cobbler

- 1 cup sugar (when using sweetened fruit, you can cut back on sugar)
- 1 can fruit (peaches, fresh or canned)
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 stick margarine or butter
