Fantasy Crepes

Combine first four ingredients and beat until smooth
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2/3 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk

- 1/4 cup green onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- dash pepper
- 1 cup milk
- 2 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, diced
Steak Fajitas

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first seven ingredients; add beef
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 pound boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into 1/4" strips (or venison)
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 medium green or red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 4-6 flour tortillas (10"), warmed
- shredded cheese, picante sauce or pico de gallo, sour cream (optional)

Arkansas Shrimp

Put chicken strips in bowl
- 3 boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2 x 4 inch strips
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Accent
- paprika
- garlic powder
- Onion powder
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 egg whites
Glazed Sweet Potatoes

- sweet potatoes, peeled and cut in slices
- 1/2 - 1 stick butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 tablespoon water

Thanksgiving Dressing

- Equal amounts cornbread and
- leftover biscuits, light bread, etc
- onion, chopped
- celery, chopped
- 1 stick butter
- 6 - 12 eggs (depending on amount of bread)

- 1 tablespoon salt

"Hello Dolly" Cookies

Slightly melt butter or margarine in 13x9x2 inch pan or dish
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 6 oz. pkg. butterscotch chips (opt)
- 1 6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
Oven Roasted Potatoes

- 4 baking potatoes
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Mom's Coconut Candy

- Melt:
- 1 stick butter or oleo
- Add:
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 1 cup coconut (Angel Flake), cut fine
- 1 cup nuts (pecans), chopped fine
- 1 1/2 packages powdered sugar
- Dip in:
- 1/4 pound wax (1 cake)
- 2 packages chocolate chips
