Carmel Apple Sangria

Mix all together
- 4 apples
- 1/4 cup caramel syrup
- 1 bottle sparkling apple cider
- 1 bottle white wine
- Or
- 2 apples
- 6 cups apple cider
- 1 cup caramel flavored vodka
- 1 bottle Pinot Grigio
Corn Dip

Mix all ingredients
- Corn Dip
- 2 cans Mexi corn
- 1 cup real mayo
- 2 Tbls sour cream
- 5 green onions
- Any kind cheese (shredded)
- 2 Tbls chopped jalapeños
- Serves with Scoops corn chips

Hasselback Potatoes

Cut off a thin slice of each potato lengthwise to create an even base for potato to rest on
- 2 large russet baking potatoes, scrubbed
- 2 tbsp. Butter melted
- 1/2 tap salt
- 1/4 tap black pepper
- 1/2 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Place cream cheese on serving plate Drizzle caramel - top with peanuts Service with apples
- 1/4 cup caramel ice cream topping
- 2 tbs cocktail peanuts
- 2 apples cut into slices
