- For the cauliflower:
- 1 large head of cauliflower cut into florets
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup corn starch
- 3 tbs soy sauce
- peanut oil for frying
- For the sauce:
- 2 1/2 tsp minced ginger root
- 3 cloves of minced garlic
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable stock
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbs cornstarch
- 2 tsp garlic chili sauce ( you can find this in the Asian isle at most grocery store)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, loosely packed
- 1 tbs sesame oil
