  • 2 cups cashew or macadamia nuts
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons agave
  • 2 teaspoons tamari

  • 2 Tbs Ener-G Egg Replacer
  • 4 Tbs water
  • 2 Tbs sugar
  • 1 tsp vegan gelatin (softened)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Mix Egg Replacer and water together.
  • Stir in sugar, gelatin and vanilla.
  • Beat until stiff.
  • For non-sweet applications, omit vanilla and sugar.
  • For stiffer meringue, use more gelatin.
