15 minutes Chicken soft Tacos

Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup Mild Salsa
- 1 pkg taco seasoning mix
- 2 cups Minute white rice, uncooked
- 10 flour tortillas
- cheddar cheese (optional)
Chicken & Penne

Mix all but 1 cup cheese together
- 2 cooked chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 can cream of celery soup (or cream of chicken soup)
- 1 1/2 cups milk (or 1 cup milk and 1/2 cup sour cream)
- 4 cups cooked penne pasta
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 1 1/2 cups peas or corn (or mix of both)
- salt and pepper, to taste
Quick Chicken Parmesan

In a shallow dish, combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, italian seasoning, salt and pepper
- 3/4 cup panko
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken tenderloins
- 4 Tbsp vegetable oil, divided
- 1 (6oz) bag fresh baby spinach
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 (16 oz) box fettuccine, cooked according to package directions and kept warm
Flourless Almond Butter Cookies With Fudge Buttercream

In a large bowl combine the almond butter, superfine sugar, packed light brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract

- 1 cup crunchy almond butter (natural)
- 1/4 cup sugarfine sugar (regular sugar is fine)
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Fudge Buttercream
- (adapted from allrecipes)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 6 Tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1/2 Tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 Tablespoon milk
- 1/2 cup hot fudge topping
Homemade Oatmeal Cream Pies

Preparation 1. In large bowl, cream margarine, sugars, molasses, vanilla, and eggs

- 1 cup margarine
- 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups quick oats
- Cream Filling Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons very hot water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow cream
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar

Lime Pear Jello

Bring 2 cups of the water and juice mixed, to boil
- 1 quart pears
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 pint cool whip

Chocolate-Caramel Sandwich Cookies

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees, with racks in upper and lower thirds
- FOR COOKIES
- 10 tablespoons (1 1/4 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 1/3 cups granulated sugar
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (spooned and leveled)
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
- FOR FROSTING
- 1/4 cup Caramel Sauce, cooled
- 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar

Combine all the ingredients and 1-2 Tbsp water in a blender or food processor; puree until smooth

- 2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
- 3 Tbsp miracle whip
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp dried italian seasoning
BLT Pasta Salad

- 12 ounces corkscrew-shaped pasta
- 1/2 cup milk
- 12 ounces lean bacon
- 3 medium ripe tomatoes, cut into chunks
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 4 tablespoons chopped chives or scallion greens
