Chicken & Penne

- 2 cooked chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 can cream of celery soup (or cream of chicken soup)
- 1 1/2 cups milk (or 1 cup milk and 1/2 cup sour cream)
- 4 cups cooked penne pasta
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 1 1/2 cups peas or corn (or mix of both)
- salt and pepper, to taste
Mix all but 1 cup cheese together. Place in 3 quart casserole dish.
Top with remaining cup of cheese.
Bake at 375 for 30 - 35 minutes.
