Cheesy Ranch Chex Mix

In a large microwavable bowl, mix cereal, pretzels and crackers
- 9 cups corn chex,rice chex, or wheat chex cereal,or any combination
- 2 cups bite size pretzels
- 2 cups bite size cheese crackers (Cheezits)
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 package (1 oz.) ranch dressing and seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Cream together shortening, peanut butter, brown sugar, and sugar
- 1/2 stick Crisco Baking sticks butter flavor all vegetable shortening
- or 1/2 cup butter flavor all vegetable shortening
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt

Combine the water, sugar and kosher salt in the bowl of a stand mixer and sprinkle the yeast on top
- 1 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsps. kosher salt
- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- approx. 4 1/2 cups flour
- 2 ounces unsalted butter,melted
- vegetable oil for pan
- 10 cups water
- 2/3 cup baking soda
- 1 large egg yolk beaten with 1 Tbsp. water
- pretzel salt
Spicy Hotdogs

Dissolve flour in 2 tbsp. of the water in large frying pan
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 pkg. hot dogs

- 6 graham cracker tart shells
- 1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, at room

Cook karo syrup, sugar and water until it reaches the hard ball stage (250-268 degrees)
- 1 cup white karo syrup
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 Tbsp. butter or oleo
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 cups (one can) peanuts

- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 6 (1 3/16 oz.) milk chocolate cover-
- ed English toffee candy bars,
- cut into small pieces
- 1 cup slivered almonds
