  • 2 bell peppers, seeded and cut into ite size pieces
  • 1 medium cucumber,cut into bite size pieces(3 cups)
  • 1/2 head red cabbage, coarsely chopped(2 cups)
  • 1/2 of a 16 oz pkg radishes,halved (1 1/2 cups)
  • 8 oz feta cheese, cut into bite size pieces
  • Flat leaf parsley, chopped
  • dressing
  • 1/4 c evoo
  • 1/4 c lemon juice
  • 1 tbs honey
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper, freshly ground
