Baked Corn

This is great!
Change can corn to whole kernel corn with peppers.
Or delete sour cream and add 4 well beaten eggs, 2 oz jar pimento, chopped and 1/4 tsp garlic salt.

Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 (17oz) can whole kernel corn,undrained
- 1 (16 1/2 oz) can cream style corn, undrained
- 1 (8oz) carton sour cream
- 1 (8 1/2oz) box corn muffin mix (Jiffy)
- 1 c cheese, shredded

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter, blend all ingredients, except cheese. Place in greased casserole. Bake 350* for 15 minutes.
Add cheese and continue backing for 30 minutes.
