Indian Spiced Rice Treats

In a large bowl, toss together the cereal, cashew nuts and raisins
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 (10 ounce) package miniature marshmallows
- 6 cups crispy rice cereal
- 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1 cup chopped unsalted cashew nuts
- 1 cup golden raisins
Cheesy Au Gratin Potatoes

DIRECTIONS: Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat
- INGREDIENTS:
- Potatoes:
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 large yellow onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese (8 ounces)
- 26-ounce bag frozen shredded hash browns
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- Topping:
- 3 cups cornflakes, lightly crushed
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Peanut Hoisin Dipping Sauce

In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and 2 tbsp water
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water plus 1/3 cup water
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tsp peanut butter
Homemade Butterfingers

Melt candy corn in microwave on high 1 minute
- 1 lb. candy corn
- 16oz jar peanut butter (I used Peter Pan Honey Roasted peanut butter)
- 16oz pkg. chocolate candy coating

- 1 1/2 cups (packed) finely grated extra-sharp yellow cheddar cheese (about 6 ounces)
- 1 1/2 cups (packed) finely grated extra-sharp white cheddar cheese (about 6 ounces)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup diced drained pimento peppers from jar, roasted red peppers, or piquillo peppers (about 2 1/2 ounces)
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Celery sticks
- Ritz crackers
- Sliced white bread (optional)

- 1 1/2 cups Corn Chex cereal
- 1 1/2 cups Rice Chex cereal
- 1 1/2 cups Wheat Chex cereal
- 1/2 cup pepitas (shelled pumpkin seeds)
- 1/2 cup shelled unsalted pistachios
- 1 cup small, thin, salted pretzel sticks
- 1 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
- 1/2 tablespoon Yucatan Sunshine hot sauce or your favorite hot sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon Tabasco sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

- 6 , 1/2-inch-thick eggplant rounds (3-4 in diameter; from 1 large)
- 1 loaf ciabatta or pain rustique, cut horizontally in half, trimmed to 9-inch length
- 1 1/4 cups purchased fresh marinara sauce
- 2 ounces soft fresh goat cheese
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil plus 6 whole leaves (for garnish)
- 1 cup coarsely grated mozzarella cheese (about 4 ounces)
