1.Pour milk into a two quart (1
- 1 quart (.95L) milk (whole, 2%,1%, skim or powdered).
- If using skim milk, stir 1/4 cup (50 ml) of instant skim milk powder into cold milk before heating.
- 1 or 2 heaping tablespoons (15 - 30 ml) of plain commercial or homemade yogurt with live active cultures or 1 envelope (5 grams) of freeze dried yogurt starter.
