VANILLA CUPCAKES

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- CUPCAKES;
- 1 1/2 cups self rising flour
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 lg. eggs, at room temperature
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Bow Tie Pasta

Toss together pasta and next 8 ingredients; add more dressing as desired
- 8 oz. bow tie pasta, cooked
- 1/2 green bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 celery rib, thinly sliced
- 12 olives
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 cup pasta salad dressing
- Garnish: fresh basil sprigs, tomato wedges
- PASTA SALAD DRESSING;
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 1/2 tsp. dried tarragon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Sauerbraten

Sprinkle roast with salt and pepper; place in a large, deep glass or ceramic bowl
- 4 lbs boneless chuck roast
- Salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 cups wine vinegar
- 2 cups water
- 4 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1 cup sliced onion
- 3 bay leaves
- 10 peppercorns
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 8 whole cloves
- 1 to 2 tbsp. salad oil
- 3 tbsp. flour, divided
- 1 1/2 cups commercial sour cream
Macaroni Grill Bread Dipping Oil

1. Combine seasonings and olive oil, top with parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. Italian Seasoning
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp. parmesan cheese
- black pepper to taste
Deviled Rib Bones

Always use the 2-1 ratio for sour cream and mustard if you need more of the mixture than the prescribed amount
- beef rib bones- as many as desired
- salt and pepper
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 cup prepared mustard seasoned bread crumbs
- Parmesan cheese
- butter, melted
Parmesan-Cream Cheese Ball

Combine first 3 ingredients in a large mixing bowl; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until blended
- 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
Reuben Sandwiches

Spread one side of each slice of bread with butter
- 16 slices rye or pumpernickel bread
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 About 3/4 cup commercial Thousand Island dressing
- 8 slices corned beef
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- 2 1/2 About 2 1/2 cups sauerkraut, well drained
Chocolate Glaze

In small saucepan, scald cream
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Delmonico Salad Dressing

1. Combine all of the ingredients except the vinegar in a medium bowl and whisk well to blend
- 2 1/2 tbsp. creole mustard
- 2 tbsp. ketchup
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp. water
- 3/4 tsp. steak sauce
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. worcetershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/8 tso, salt
- 1 pinch garlic powder
- 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
Countess Toulouse-Lautrec's French chocolate cake

Melt chocolate in microwave
- 16 oz. semisweet chocolate
- 10 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 eggs, separated
- 1 tbsp. flour
- Pinch salt
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- Fresh or frozen raspberries for topping
- Whipped cream for garnish
