Vanilla Ice Cream and Bits (Mishpacha)

- Brownie Bits:
- 1 c sugar
- 1/2 c flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 c cocoa
- 1/3 c oil
Onion Soup (Helen)

Sautee onions, margarine, and oil for 15 min
- 1 1/2 lb or 5 c onions, sliced
- 3 T margarine
- 1 T oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 3 T flour
- 2 quart water and soya sauce
- 1/2 c dry white wine
- Salt and pepper
- 3 T cognac
Crumb Cake

Mix together all but whip and eggs
- 3 c flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 c oil
- 1 whip
- 3 eggs
Cabbage Loaf (Ilana)

Mush “bottom” ingredients together and put in bottom of pammed pan
- Bottom:
- 1 large onion, grated
- 1/2 c brown rice
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 eggs
- Garlic powder
- Top:
- 2 bags shredded cabbage
- 2 onions, shredded
- 3 15oz cans tomato sauc and water to rinse cans
- 1 1/3 c brown sugar
- Lemon juice
Vegetable Soup

Cook and Puree
- 4 stalks celery
- 8-10 carrots
- 2-3 onions
- (Potato)
- Paprika
- Garlic salt
- 2 quarts boiling water
- 3 tsp chicken soup mix
- 3 tsp onion soup mix
Creamy Mushroom Alfredo

Cook pasta according to package instruction
- 3 c (8oz) rigatoni, uncooked
- 2 T butter or margarine
- 4 c (12oz) sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 pkg cream cheese, cut into small cubes
- 2/3 c milk
- Salt to taste
- 4 T grated parmesan cheese, divided
- 2 T fresh parsley, chopped
- Pepper
Just Like Mom's Chocolate Chip Cookies

- 2 1/4 c flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 c butter or margarine
- 1/2 splenda
- 1/2 firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1 pkg chocolate chips
Corn Soup

- 1 T oil
- 1/2 c onion, chopped
- 2 1/2 c corn
- 1 c diced potato
- 2 c chicken broth
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 1/2 c milk
Macaroni with Cherry Tomatoes and Gorgonzola

Cut the cherry tomatoes into wedges and remove the seeds
- 350 g Barilla Macaroni
- 150 g Gorgonzola cheese
- 200 g cream
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 2 T extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and Pepper
Split Pea Soup (Michal)
