Meat Balls

Combine meat, matzo meal, salt, lemon juice, eggs and sugar for meat mixture
- Sauce:
- 1 kg chopped meat
- 2 T matzo meal
- Salt
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 eggs
- 2 T sugar
- 2 large onions
- 1 c tomato sauce or juice
- 1 small tomato paste
- 2 c water
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 T lemon juice
- 2 T jelly, grape preferably
Duck

Fry on sides. Spill out oil
- Onion
- Garlic
- Carrots
- Celery
- 1/2 c red wine
- 1 c water
- Soya Sauce
- 1/4 c brandy
- Juice of 2 oranges
Meat Roll

Mix ingredients for dough in mixer
- Dough:
- 2 sticks marg
- 4 c flour
- 1 1/3 c water
- 1 T vinegar
- 1 T salt
- Meat:
- 1 1/2 lbs meat, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1 T salt
- 2 large onions, fried
- 1/3 c cooked rice in 2/3 water
Plum-Blueberry Cobbler

Place batter in pan. Pit plums
- 1/2 c blueberries
- 5-6 plums
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1 1/2 T sugar and cinnamon
- 1 c flour
- 1 c sugar
- 1/2 c margarine
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking powder
Chicken Nuggets (Michal)

Cut schnitzel into cubes. Combine ingredients of dip and dip the schnitzel cubes into the mixture
- Dip:
- Shnitzel
- 1 c flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 T paprika
- 1/2 c water
- 2 T oil
- 2 eggs
- Sauce:
- 1/2 c ketchup
- 1/2 c (or less) vinegar
- 3/4 c cold water
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1 1/4 c white sugar
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 3 T corn starch + 1/4 c cold water (optional)
Baked Schnitzel

Mix all ingredients and place schnitzel in pan
- Balsamic vinegar
- Garlic onion powder
- Pepper
- Oregano
- Salt
- Sugar
- 2 T oil
- 1/2 c water
Pastrami on a bed of Rice

- 1 large onions, sautéed
- 4 8oz can of sauce
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/4 c honey
- raisins
Spare Ribs on Rice

Cook for 1 ½ hrs covered and ½ hr uncovered at 350°
- 2 pkg spear ribs or 1 kg flanken
- 1 onion, diced
- 3/4 c brown sugar
- 3/4 c ketchup
- 2 T soy sauce
Poppy Seed Dressing

Combine ingredients
- 1 c oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2/3 c white sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1/2 c vinegar
- 1/4 c poppy seed
Fish Wellington (Tamar)

Cook fish for 15-20 min. Drain and flake
- 2 lb flounder, frozen
- 1/2 c water
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c bread crumbs
- 1 med onion, chopped
- 1 T lemon
- Salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
