Lo Mein (Tamar)

Melt margarine, break spaghetti in half in margarine until noodle turn brown
- 1 lb spaghetti
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c water, boiled
- 3/4 c water
- 1 pkg onion soup mix
- 1 can mushrooms
- 2 cans seasoned oriental vegetables
- 1 bag snow peas
Chicken Potato Patties

Place potatoes in medium sized pot, add a pinch of salt and water to cover, plus an extra inch, and bring to a boil
- 2 c potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 T oil
- 2 c cooked chicken (without skin)
- 2 eggs
- Salt, pepper, to taste
- 1/2-3/4 c wheat germ
- 1/3 c wheat bran
- Oil for frying
Mississippi Mud Pie

Bake at 350°. Let cool. Spread Marshmallow fluff on cake
- Frosting:
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup margarine
- 2 c sugar
- 1 T vanilla
- 1 1/2 c flour
- 1/4 c cocoa
- 1/3 c margarine
- 1/2 c cocoa
- 1/3 c coffee rich
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 1/2 c confectioners sugar
Potato Knishes (makes 3 long rolls)

Dough: Mix dry ingredients
- Dough:
- 5 c flour
- 1/4 c sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 c oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 c water
- Filling:
- 3-4 onions, chopped
- 1/2 c oil
- 15 small potatoes (4 c mashed)
- 1 tsp salt
- 3-4 dashes pepper
- Coffee rich
- Margarine
Marble Cake (Ruthy)

- Drizzle:
- 2 c flour
- 2 c sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 c oil
- 6 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 c choc syrup
- 1/2 c choc chips
- 3/4 box conf sugar
- 4 T cocoa
- 4 T water

- 1/3 c olive oil
- 2 T Dijon mustard
- Italian seasoning
- Salt/pepper
- Minced garlic clove

Honey Cake (Mummy)

Mix honey and boiled water
- 2 eggs
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c oil
- 1 c honey
- 1 c boiled water
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 c flour
- 1 tsp cocoa
- 1 T coffee
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Chicken a'laOrange

Bake for 2 hrs 350 and baste 1 ½ hour
- 2 chickens
- 1 T paprika
- 2 cloves garlic
- Pepper
- 1 c tomato sauce
- 1 6oz frozen Orange juice
- 1/4 c brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 14 oz can pineapple
- 1 medium orange
Chocolate Cream Cake

Cook first 4 ingredients and let cool for one hour
- 100 g cocoa
- 2 glasses sugar
- 2 pkg margarine
- 1 glass water
- 6 eggs
- 1 bottle rum essence
- 2 c self-rising flour

- 3/4 c oil
- 2 carrots
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 onion
- 1 1/2 c flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
