Watermelon-Blueberry Banana Split

Peel bananas and cut in half cross wise; cut each piece in half lengthwise
- 2 large bananas
- 8 "scoops" watermelon*
- 1 pint fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup vanilla lowfat yogurt
- 1/4 cup crunchy cereal nuggets
Teriaki Marinade

In small bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, garlic, onion and ginger powders
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 Tbs powdered ginger
- 1 Tbs garlic powder
- 1 Tbs onion powder

Preheat oven to 375° F. Combine flour, baking powder and baking soda in medium bowl
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups (3 sticks) butter, softened (we recommend LAND O LAKES® Butter)
- 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
- 1 1/4 cups packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 Tbs vanilla extract
- 1 cup (6 oz.) NESTLÉ TOLL HOUSE Milk Chocolate Morsels
- 1 cup (6 oz.) NESTLÉ TOLL HOUSE Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
- 1/2 cup NESTLÉ TOLL HOUSE Premier White Morsels
- 1 cup chopped nuts
Mango Body Butter

In a microwave safe measuring cup, add all the ingredients except the fragrance oil
- 2 ozs cocoa butter (weighed)
- 2 ozs natural shea butter (weighed)
- 2 ozs mango butter (weighed)
- 1 tsp wheat germ oil
- 3 tsp apricot kernel oil
- 1 tsp beeswax pearls
- Mango fragrance oil (or any fragrance oil)
- ¼ tsp vitamin E. (optional, as a preservative)
Three Cheese Alfredo Mayhem

Chop prosciutto and cook in olive oil for about one minute
- 2 Tbs butter
- 2 Tbs olive oil
- 1/2 cup fontina
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup mascarpone
- 1/2 cup grated asiago
- 2 slices prosciutto
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 1 dash pepper
Lemon Tartar Sauce

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbs dill pickle, finely chopped
- 2 Tbs green onion, finely chopped
- 1 Tbs lemon peel, freshly grated
- 2 tsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed

- 2 Tbs olive oil
- 1 lb fresh white mushrooms, sliced (5 cups)
- 2 cups coarsely chopped plum tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions (scallions)
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 0.13 tsp ground black pepper

- 1 2/3 cups (about 7 oz.) dry small elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
- 2 Tbs cornstarch
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 can (12 fl. oz.) NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
- 1 cup water
- 2 Tbs butter or margarine
- 2 cups (8 oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
Macaroni and Cheese with Tomatoes

Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain in colander
- 8 oz Elbow Macaroni, uncooked
- 2 ripe tomatoes, sliced
- 2 Tbs butter or margarine
- 1 Tbs flour
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups skim milk
- 2 cups grated hard cheese (such as Cheddar)
- 1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs
