- 1 cup apricot nectar
- 2/3 cup orange juice
- 2 Tbs cornstarch
- 1/2 cup apricot preserves
- 4 lbs whole turkey ham

Beef Brisket Oven Roast Recipe

- 2/3 cup soy sauce
- 2/3 cup water
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1 3 to 5 lb. beef brisket
Smokey Chipotle Corn Bread

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray square pan, 8 by 8 by 2 inches, or 9 by 9 by 2 inches, with cooking spray
- 1 cup Fiber One cereal
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup Gold Medal all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 1/4 cups buttermilk
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 Tbs finely-chopped canned chipotle
- chilies in adobo sauce
- 2 Tbs vegetable oil

- 2 bay leaves
