Morning Star Granola

In a large ungreased baking pan, combine oats, coconut and cinnamon; mix well
- 3 cups old-fashioned oats
- shredded coconut
- ground cinnamon
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 Tbs butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup raisins or chopped dried fruit
- Diced apples
- Plain or vanilla yogurt
Barbecued Beef Sandwiches

Brown ground beef in a large skillet, stirring to crumble
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 3/4 cup celery, chopped
- 3/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 Tbs brown sugar
- 2 Tbs prepared barbecue sauce
- 2 Tbs vinegar
- 1 Tbs prepared mustard
- 1 Tbs Crosse & Blackwell® Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 8 hamburger buns
Roasted Barbecue Potatoes

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 6 medium baking potatoes, unpeeled
- Cooking spray, as needed
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced, and separated into rings
- 3 Tbs all-purpose flour
- 2 1/4 cups cold water
- 3/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 Tbs white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp freshly-ground black pepper
Mushroom & Spinach Omelet

Rinse, pat dry and slice mushrooms (makes about 1 ¼ cups); set aside
- 4 oz Fresh Mushrooms, sliced
- 3 Tbs Butter or Margarine, divided
- 2 Tbs Minced Onion
- 4 large Eggs
- 1 Tbs Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Oregano Leaves, crushed
