Peanut Butter No-Bake Cookies

Before getting started, make sure to gather all of your ingredients and measure everything out
- 1/2 cup (115 grams) unsalted butter cut into pieces
- 1 and 3/4 cups (350 grams) granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) milk
- 3/4 cup (190 grams) creamy peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 3 and 1/4 cups (325 grams) quick-cooking oats
Homemade Cinnamon Caramel Sauce

Place sugar in a heavy-bottomed medium sauce pot
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 5 tbsps unsalted butter sliced into tablespoons, room temperature
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 - 1/2 tsp salt to taste
Apple Dumplings

Place 1 apple slice in each triangle of cresent dough
- 2 cans refigerated Crescent Dinner Rolls (Butter Flake)
- 2 Granny Smith Apples peeled, cored and cut into 8 slices each
- 2 sticks Land O' Lakes Butter
- 1 1/2 cups Granulated Sugar
- 2 tsps Ground Cinnamon
- 2 tsps Vanilla
- 1 (12 ounce) can Regular Mountain Dew
Bourbon Chicken

Mix all the marinade ingredients and pour over chicken pieces in a bowl
- 1 lb Chicken Thigh Meat (cut into large bite size chunks)
- 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Powdered Ginger
- 2 tbsp Dried Minced Onion
- 1/2 cup Jim Beam Bourbon Whiskey
- 2 tbsp White Wine
Pecan Tassies

Preheat oven to 350 degree F
- Tart Shells
- 1/2 cup Butter or Margarine, softened
- 2 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 cup Pecan Halves, finely chopped
- Powdered Sugar (optional)
- Filling
- 2 tbsp Butter or Margarine, melted
- 3/4 cup Packed Brown Sugar
Fruit Pizza

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 1 (20 ounce) package Refrigerated Cookie Dough
- 1 (8 ounce) package Cream Cheese, room temperature
- 1/3 cup Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract or other flavoring (Almond, Orange or Lemon)
- Fresh Blueberries, Banana slices, Mandarin Orange sections, Seedless Grapes, Strawberry halves, Kiwi fruit slices, (or any other fruit you want), well drained
- 1/2 cup Orange, Peach or Apricot Preserves
- 1 tablespoon Water
Banana Smoothie

- 1 ripe Banana
- 1/2 cup Nonfat Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Sugar or Honey (to taste)
- 1 cup Crushed Ice
- 1 tsp fresh Lime Juice
- Lime wedge or Banana slice for garnish
Black- Forest Brownies

- 1 family-sized package Brownie mix
- 1 can Cherry Pie filling
- 1 container of Cool Whip
Blazing Glory Raspberry Chicken Breasts

- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/3 cup White Wine Vinegar
- 2 tbsps McCormick® Grill Mates® Roasted Garlic & Herb Seasoning
- 2 tsps Cornstarch
- 1/2 cup Raspberry Preserves
- 2 lbs boneless skinless Chicken Breast halves

- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine - softened
- 1 egg
- 8 ounces cream cheese - softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 lemon - grated
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice or 1/2 fresh squeezed lemon
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
