Lemon Chicken

Cook chicken with salt and pepper, celery and onion
- 1 1/2 to 2 pounds Chicken Breast
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 can Cream Chicken Soup
- 1 1/2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
Chicken in Anna Sauce

Mix mustard, brown sugar and orange juice
- 1 Broiler (cut up)
- 2 tsps Dry Mustard
- 3 tbsps Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Orange Juice
Strawberry Custard Tart

For crust, combnine flour, sugar and salt in large bowl/ mix well
- Crust:
- 1 1/4 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1 tbsp Powdered Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 cup solid Vegetable Shortening
- 3 tbsp cold Butter
- 2-4 tbsp Ice Cold Water
- Filling:
- 1 package (4.6 ounces/ 6 servings) Vanilla Cook and Serve Pudding and Pie filling (not instant)
- 2 cups Milk
- 3 tbsp Butter or Margarine
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 2 cups sliced Strawberries
- Powdered Sugar
Seasoning Mix for Chicken

Mix all ingredients well
- 2 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 3/4 tsp Savory
- 1/4 tsp Coriander
- 3/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Thyme
- 1/2 tsp Basil, dried crushed sweet
Honey Chicken

Combine butter, honey, mustard, and lemon juice; stir well
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup prepared mustard
- 1 (2 to 3 pound) fryer, cut up
Chicken Marinade II

Mix all ingredients together
- 6 tbsps Olive Oil
- 4 tbsps Cider Vinegar
- 4 tbsps Lemon Juice
- 1/2 cup packed Brown Sugar
- 3 tbsps Grainy Mustard
- 3 medium Cloves Garlic (peeled and crushed)
Strawberry Smoothie

Combine in a blender and mix well
- 1/3 cup Water
- 2 tbsp Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup Strawberries
- 1/8 cup Non-fat Yogurt
- 1/4 cup Whey Protein
- 3 cups Ice
Maple Glazed Sweet Potatoes

Place sweet potatoes in a large saucepan with water then cover them
- 2 1/2 Sweet Potatoes
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp flaked coconut (optional)
- 1/3 cup Chopped Pecans
Noodles Florentine

In a large saucepan, cook noodles according to package directions until tender
- 5 cups uncooked medium Egg Noodles
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp All-purpose Flour
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped Spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Swiss Cheese
Garlic Salmon Linguine

- 1 package (16 ounces) linguine
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 can (14-3/4 ounces) salmon, drained, bones and skin removed
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
