Zesty Herb Citrus Chicken

Mix marinade mix, peel, juice, oil and water in small bowl
- 1 package McCormick Grill Mates Zesty Herb Marinade
- 1 tsp finely grated Lemon, Lime or Orange peel
- 1/4 cup Lemon, Lime or Orange juice
- 1/4 cup Oil
- 1/4 cup Water
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless Chicken Breast halves
Outback Steakhouse Coconut Shrimp

Peel, de-vein and wash shrimp
- 1 1/2 lb large raw Shrimp
- 1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup Cornstarch
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1/2 tbsp White Pepper
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup Ice Water
- Oil for deep frying
- 2 cups Shredded Coconut
- 1/2 cup Orange Marmalade
- 1/4 cup Grey Poupon Country Mustard
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 3 to 4 drops Tobasco Sauce
Glazed Chicken

Remove skin from chicken thighs
- 2 1/2 pound chicken thighs (about 8 thighs)
- 1/3 cup apricot or peach preserves
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon dry sherry or lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 teaspoon minced green onion
Broccoli Pasta Salad

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse under cold running water
- 2 cups (8 ounces) uncooked medium shell Pasta
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 3 tbsps White or Cider Vinegar
- 3 tbsps Sugar
- 3 cups Broccoli Florets, coarsley chopped
- 3/4 cups Chopped Red Onion
- 3/4 cup Golden Raisins
- 8 slices bacon, crisply cooked, drained and crumbled
- 1/3 cup Sunflower Seed Kernels
Broccoli and Roasted Sunflower Seeds

Place plump raisins in hot water for 10- 15 minutes, then drain
- 2 large heads of Brocccoli with peeled stems, chopped
- 1/2 cup White Raisins
- 1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds, dry roasted
- 1/2 medium Red Onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon soy mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Preferred Sweetener
- 2 tbsps fresh Lemon Juice or Balsamic Vinegar
Chicken Broccoli Casserole

- 3 packages frozen Broccoli (10 ounce) or fresh
- 3 Chicken Breasts
- 1 cup Grated Cheddar Cheese

- 3 cups Milk

- 9 tbsp melted Crisco and Butter

Cajun Shrimp Pasta

- 1 tbsp. exra-virgin olive oil
- 1 lb. peeled and deveined large shrimp

- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp. Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 3/4 c. heavy cream
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan, plus more for garnish
- 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
