- 2 cups frozen Blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen Pineapple chunks
- 3/4 cup Pineapple Coconut Juice
- 3/4 cup Vanilla Soy Milk
- 1/2 cup Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt
Luscious Lemon Squares

Heat oven to 350ºF. Mix flour, butter and powdered sugar
- 1 cup Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel, if desired
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- Powdered sugar
Better Than Sex Cake

Bake yellow cake according to directions in a 9x12 pan
- 1 Yellow Cake mix
- 1 8 ounce(small) Instant Vanilla Pudding
- 1 Pineapple; large can-crushed (don't drain)
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Walnuts or Pecans for top; chopped
- 1 Cool Whip; large
- 1 cup shredded Coconut

- 1 box Devil's Food Cake mix
- 1 jar Caramel topping
- 1 (8 ounce) Cool Whip
- 5 Heath Bars (chopped into small pieces)
Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Totchos

Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- 1/2 (28 ounce) bag of frozen tater tots
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
- 3 slices cooked bacon, chopped (plus more for garnish if desired)
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mayo
- 1/2 cup chopped tomato
- 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce

- 1/2 cup Milk (or Soy or Almond Milk)
- 2 tbsp Honey
Tropical Smoothie

Put sliced banana in a ziploc bag and freeze until firm, about 2 hours
- 1 cup sliced Banana
- 1 cup frozen Pineapple Chunks
- 2/3 cup Orange Juice
- 2 tbsp Sweetened Flaked Coconut
- 1/2 cup Low-fat Silken Tofu
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Savory Pot Roast

In 6 quart saucepan brown roast in oil on all sides
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 3 1/2 to 4 lbs Beef Round or Chuck Pot Roast
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounce) Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 pouch Campbells Dry Onion Soup and Recipe mix
- 1 1/4 cups Water
- 6 medium Potatoes, quartered (approx 5 1/2 cups)
- 6 Carrots ( 2 inch pieces)
- 2 tbsp Flour

- 1 can (14 ounces) Pineapple tidbits
- 1/2 cup packed Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1/3 cup Cider Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped Green Pepper
- 1/2 lb Ground Pork
- 2 cups finely shredded cabbage
- 3/4 cup finely chopped canned Bean Sprouts
- 1 small Onion, finely chopped
- 2 Eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 2 packages (12 ounces each) Wonton Wrappers
- Oil for deep-fat frying
