In a large bowl let cream cheese, Gouda, and butter stand at room temperature for 30 minutes
- 8-ounce package cream cheese
- 1 cup finely shredded Gouda cheese (4 ounces)
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce for chicken
- 2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onion (1)
- 2 tablespoons snipped fresh dill or 2 teaspoons dried dillweed
- 1/2 cup chopped toasted almonds
- Assorted crackers and/or flatbread

- 12 ounces crab – fresh cooked, frozen or canned (if canned rinse and dry well)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 – 2 teaspoons prepared Wasabi
- 1 teaspoon wheat free soy sauce, plus more for serving
- Zest of 1 lime – finely grated
- 1 large carrot – peeled and grated with large holes of a box grater
- 1 seedless cucumber – grated with large holes of a box grater
- 2 scallions, white and green parts – thinly sliced on the diagonal
- 2 avocados – sliced lengthwise
- 6 romaine lettuce leaves, ribs removed
