- 1 . Make a thick paste by mixing 1 part baking soda to 3 parts hot water.
- 2 . Coat the oven surface with the paste, let sit overnight.

- 4 Portobello mushrooms (1 1/2 pounds), stems trimmed

Creamy Yukon Gold Smashed Potatoes
