Pan Fried Chicken Breasts for 2

1. Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pound to 1/4" thick
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (approx. 5 oz each)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
Snicker Pie

Mix crust ingredients together and put into a DEEP DISH pie plate
- Crust:
- 24 Oreos, crushed
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- Filling:
- 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
- 4 small snickers, chopped
- Hot fudge
- Hot caramel
Bacon Cheeseburger Crescents

1. Preheat oven to 375 2. Brown meat in skillet, drain and return to pan
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 slices pre-cooked bacon, chopped
- 8 oz Velveeta cheese
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp dried onion flakes
- 2 can refrigerated crescent rolls
Grand Style Ground Beef

Brown beef and onions, drain
- 1 can biscuits
- 1 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup catsup
Pretzel Snacks

Cut dinner rolls in half. Place on a sprayed baking sheet
- Rhodes™ Dinner Rolls, thawed but still cold
- melted butter
- grated Parmesan cheese
- dried parsley
- OR
- sugar
- cinnamon
Cornbread with Honey Butter

1.Make bread: Heat oven to 425 degrees
- Cornbread:
- 3/4 c. fine cornmeal
- 1 1/4 c. whole wheat pastry flour (or all purpose flour)
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 Tb. honey
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 4 Tb. butter, melted, + extra for skillet or baking pan
- Honey Butter:*
- 1/4 c. softened butter
- 1-2 tsp. honey
Cheese Ball

Mix together, shape into ball and refrigerate
- 1 jar Old English Kraft Cheese Spread
- 1 jar Olive Pimento Kraft Cheese Spread
- 2 8 oz bars cream cheese, softened
- Minced onion
- garlic powder (go easy)
Potato Salad

In a large heavy-bottomed pot, place red and yellow potatoes, cover with water
- 1 24 oz pkg small red potatoes, halved
- 1 24 oz pkg baby Dutch yellow potatoes, halve
- 1 24 oz pkg petite purpel potatoes, halved
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 medium red onion, chopped fine
- 3 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- Garnish- fresh parsely sprigs
Creamy Chicken Soup

Can add a couple cooked, diced potatoes to the soup
- For the Roux: (to be made first)
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp unsalted butter
- Make per directions below and set aside
- 1 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 stalks carrots, peeled and chopped
- 1 stalk celery, Chopped
- 1/2 small onion, diced
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1 3/4 cup milk, cream or half 'n half or a combination of them
- 1 Tbsp chicken base granules
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp parsley
- 1 bay leaf
- 3/4 tsp Herbs of Provence
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 cups rotisserie chicken, cubed or shredded
- 1/8 cup white wine
