- 1/2 cup Kellogg's® All-Bran® cereal
- 1/4 cup egg substitute (equal to 1 egg)

- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 3/4 cup whole-wheat flour
- 1/2 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt (optional)
- 1 cup Kellogg's® All-Bran® Bran Buds® or 100 percent bran cereal

In a large skillet, cook bacon and onion until bacon is crisp; drain
- 1 pound sliced bacon, diced
- 1 medium sweet onion, chopped
- 6 - 8 eggs, lightly beaten
- 4 cups frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups small curd cottage cheese
- 1 1/4 cups shredded Swiss cheese
