Crescent Chicken Puffs

Preheat oven to 350. Blend cream cheese and 4 Tbsp margarine until smooth
- 1 (4oz) cream cheese, softened 1/4 tsp pepper
- 5 Tbsp margarine, melted
- 2 Tbsp onion, chopped
- 4 cups cooked, cubed chicken
- 3 (8 oz) pkg crescent roll dough
- 1 cup milk, divided
- 3/4 cup crushed croutons
- 1 can cream of mushroom, chicken or celery soup
Grilled Ribs

Preheat oven to 300 degrees
- 3 Tbsp brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp chili powder
- salt
- pepper
- 4 Slabs pork spareribs (about 2 1/4 lbs each)
- 1 1/2 cups Tangy Barbecue Sauce (see recipe)

- 1 Tbsp paprika

- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 1/4 c. uncooked brown rice
- 1 can chicken soup
- 1/2 c. slivered almonds
- 1 can celery soup
- 4 large chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Double Chocolate Brownie with Caramel Frosting

Microwave chocolate squares in a small bowl at medium heat until melted
- Caramel Frosting:
- 2 (1 oz) unsweetened chocolate baking squares
- 2 (1 oz) semisweet chocolate baking squares
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips, divided
- 3/4 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 12 large marshmallows
- 1 Tbsp light corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp baking soda

- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tub (12 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
- 2 squares BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted
